Service Cancellation
As a digital marketing service provider, wlaxyronxun offers professional services including SEO optimization, PPC campaign management, and social media advertising. These services are delivered on a subscription basis and are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms.
Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel their digital marketing services at any time by providing written notice to wlaxyronxun. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to clients@wlaxyronxun.world or through our contact form.
To avoid charges for the following billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations received after this period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve immediate work and resource allocation, our refund policy is as follows:
Monthly Subscription Services
For monthly subscription services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising), refunds are not available for the current billing period once services have commenced. However, you will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation.
One-Time Services
For one-time services such as audits, consultations, or setup fees, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not been substantially delivered. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service initiation.
Work Product
Upon cancellation, clients retain ownership of any deliverables, reports, or work product that has been completed and delivered during the service period. This includes:
- SEO audit reports and optimization recommendations
- PPC campaign structures and ad copy
- Social media advertising strategies and creative assets
- Analytics reports and performance data
Early Termination
If you wish to terminate services before the end of your current billing period, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the cancellation date. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period.

Service Modifications

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this policy due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
